Circle8 Deutschland positions itself as an IT solutions partner rather than a conventional staffing agency, describing an approach that goes beyond traditional personnel services to create growth for IT experts, partner companies and clients alike. It both places IT specialists and acts as a service provider that deploys entire teams of IT experts to run client projects. The business is structured around its proprietary Total Talent Flow model, a four-stage method to find talent, build connections, develop skills and maintain continuous flow. Formerly Koenigstein Beratungsgesellschaft, the company joined the Netherlands-based Circle8 Group Inc. in June 2023 and rebranded to Circle8 Deutschland from 13 November 2024, retaining all existing contracts. It operates two legal entities, Circle8 Consulting GmbH and Circle8 Professionals GmbH, both registered in Cologne.
