Circle8 Consulting positions itself as an independent partner across the full lifecycle of large-scale ERP and digital transformation. Our ERP Advisory Practice provides independent oversight of design, delivery and vendor performance, and embeds accountability and decision-making at board level. We operate a no-bench consulting model, giving clients direct access to expert practitioners and the flexibility to scale bandwidth up and down as programmes demand. Engagements are structured through a five-stage framework, from independent assessment through to sustaining value in business-as-usual operations, and are offered as retained advisory, programme assurance or end-to-end delivery oversight.
